Changshu City Standard Parts Factory is a key enterprise in the fastener industry of China Machinery Industry Federation, and an import and export company with independent right of importing materials approved by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. We are also a large national Grade II enterprise.
Our factory is located in Changshu Southeast Development Zone of Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 500, 000 square meters, with a building area of 250,000 square meters and total assets of 1.02 billion RMB. There are 1,120 employees in our company, of whom engineers and technicians account for 15.7%.
Our registered trademark is "DALI", and our product identification is "CS". Our products include bolts, nuts, screws, non-standard parts and other precise parts. In 2007, our annual yield reached 150,000 tons. Our turnover of 1.09 billion RMB and export value of 41.94 million USD have made our factory the biggest production base of high strength fasteners in China.
Our factory has over 1,800 sets of main equipment, including over 600 sets of fastener cold heading machines and 13 heat treating production lines. We have an annual output of 120,000 tons of high strength fasteners (>=8.8 grade).
Our factory is taking the lead in product quality, technology and detecting methods in the industry. Our registered "DALI" products have been assessed as "Famous Brand Products of Jiangsu Province" for successive 10 years, and gained the title of "National Inspection-exempt Product" in 2006.
Our factory attained ISO9002 Quality Management System Certification in 1997 and passed Meterage Assurance Verification of Jiangsu Province in 2002. We also attained ISO9001 and QS9000 certifications in 2003 and ISO/TS16949 certification in 2006. In 2005, our factory was awarded "Jiangsu Quality-assured Enterprise" by Jiangsu Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.
During the period of "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", our factory has been devoted to the development and production of high strength fasteners of above 8.8 and 10.9 level for automobiles, engineering and agricultural machinery and electrical machines. Having formed a complete product development system, our factory has been supplying full sets of products to international auto groups, such as French Volvo-Renault, Peugeot-Citroen and Nanjing Fiat. Meanwhile, our factory will continue our strategy of "Honest Business" to broaden the market at home and abroad and to establish stable cooperation with all customers to realize mutual benefits.
